How do I get started?
Register with us. Our team will advise on the value (guide/reserve price) of your property, and how the auction process works.
Is there any paperwork?
If you decide to go ahead you will be required to sign terms of business, and instruct a solicitor to prepare the legal pack.
How is my property marketed?
Our team will require access to your property for marketing photos, measurements, and viewings (if required). Your property will be advertised on the Auction House London website and all of the major property portals in the UK including Rightmove, On the Market and Zoopla. We also have a database of over 100,000 buyers who are in regular receipt of our property catalogue.
What if my property doesn't sell?
When the auction ends, if the reserve price has not been met you can re-list, reduce or withdraw from sale (no withdrawal fee charged).
What happens when my property sells?
When the auction ends, if the reserve price has been met, the winning bidder pays a non refundable 10% deposit (minimum £5,000 whichever is greater) to secure the property.
How long does it take to complete?
We complete on all sales within 28 days.
Who pays the estate agent fees?
There are no estate agent fees and the auction fees are covered under the buyers deposit. You are responsible for the cost of the legal pack only (the cost of the legal pack will be reimbursed to you if the property sells).
